If yes, please download the new Historic Records Reports by February 28, 2018.

USCIS must dispose of E-Verify records that are over ten years old - those dated on or before December 31, 2007.

E-Verify encourages you to record the E-Verify case verification number on the relating Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and to retain the Historic Records Report with Form I-9.

I-9 Central and E-Verify Websites Enhanced for Mobile Devices!

On February 29, I-9 Central, E-Verify and myE-Verify became mobile responsive. Now, these websites will automatically adjust to any device screen size. E-Verify employers can also enjoy a new user experience that makes it easier to create and view cases on the go.

The New E-Verify Design incorporates several E-Verify Listens suggestions and features:

• A streamlined login, with the security statement incorporated in the log-in screen;
• Re-ordered information collection screens, that match Form I-9;
• A new message center in the middle of the screen, that shows the latest E-Verify updates and announcements;
• Quick Links to popular E-Verify features; and
• The user’s company name at the top of every page.
