OFCCP Posts Corporate Scheduling Announcement List

According to updates released by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), their Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) Frequently Asked Questions page contains new information and the list of Federal Contractors selected for a Compliance Evaluation is now available in the 2019 Supply & Service Scheduling List.

The OFCCP is required to post the CSAL list in an accessible electronic format, as it is frequently requested and is not covered under any of the FOIA exemptions. Fiscal Year 2019 will be the first year the agency relies solely on this electronic notification of CSALs rather than mailing out physical letters to contractor establishments.

All Federal Contractors should review the list to determine if they have been selected for a compliance evaluation.
