The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued Directive (DIR) 2013-01, Revision 1 on April 28, 2016. This directive, available on OFCCP’s Web site, outlines how contractors apply for and maintain functional affirmative action programs (FAAP).
To learn more about OFCCP’s FAAP Program and DIR 2013-01 Revision 1, register for an informational webinar on May 19, 2016. During the one hour webinar, contractors will learn about the FAAP program and how to apply for a FAAP agreement. Contractors are invited to submit questions before and during the webinar.
