Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released a new directive bringing calculation of back pay wages in line with Title VII cases. Two methods are outlined: formula relief (used in group settlements) and individual relief (used in single settlements), which further blur the lines between OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission focus.
