OFCCP Publishes Two Policies Protecting Contractors from Retaliation

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) posted two policy statements preventing retaliation by the agency against federal contractors.

The Non-Retaliation Policy for Federal Contractors reaffirms that requests for information and technical or compliance assistance initiated by employers or their representatives will not trigger a compliance investigation.

The Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) policy informs Small Businesses of their rights to make comments about federal agency actions with the National Small Business Ombudsman without fear of retaliation by OFCCP.
