The Changing Regulatory and Enforcement Landscape for Contractors

The South Florida ILG welcomes Jacqueline Ortiz-Baerga (the new OFCCP Assistant District Director for Miami) and Malcolm Medley (EEOC District Director) for this program on changing enforcement initiatives and regulations impacting contractors.

This will be an informative program addressing regulatory updates, compliance and enforcement initiatives, and other agency changes that are affecting federal contractors and employers generally. Topics will include the EEOC’s strategic enforcement plan, the OFCCP’s new compensation directive, and the anticipated release of the new VEVRAA and Rehabilitation Act regulations.


Who Should Attend: HR Professionals, Compliance Specialists, and Legal Counsel involved in advising federal contractors on equal employment/affirmative action compliance issues.
