The OFCCP has released a new wave of Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSAL) which are signed by Ms. Patricia Shiu, Director of OFCCP. Additionally, a batch of standard compliance review (“desk-audit”) letters have also been released. Remember, if you receive a desk audit letter, you only have 30 days to submit all of the required information. If you haven’t put an affirmative action plan together, I would put that at the top of your “TO DO” list.
