The DOL has a Smartphone application to help employees keep their own payroll records. The application provides employees timesheets to record hours worked and calculates the amount that may be owed by employers. It also includes overtime pay calculations at a rate of one and one-half times (1.5) the regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
